Getting started

Download Palmier Pro for macOS 26 (Tahoe) or later. No account is required to use the editor or MCP.

The tutorials below walk through each step with short screen recordings.

Generate images, video, and audio from the media panel.

Generation uses credits on paid plans. Editing and export stay free.

Generate video with first and last frame control.

Pick the model that fits your shot, then set resolution, duration, and aspect ratio.
Use first and last frames to lock the opening and closing of a clip.
Add reference images when you need style or subject consistency.
Regenerate and swap clips on the timeline without leaving the project.

Click a clip to edit it, or double-click to open the source footage.

Click any clip (AI or imported) to upscale or AI edit it without leaving the timeline.
On AI-generated clips, rerun with the same prompt or tweak the prompt and generate a variation.
Double-click to open the source footage in the viewer.
Inspect the prompt, first frame, last frame, and references used for any generation.

Use Palmier chat to generate and edit in context.

Describe the shot or edit you want in plain language.
Use @ to reference a specific image when you want chat to match a look, subject, or frame.
Chat can generate assets and place them on the timeline.
Iterate on prompts and timing without leaving the project.

Connect Claude (or another agent) via MCP.

The agent can generate images, video, and audio and place them directly on the timeline.
The agent can trim, split, reorder, and adjust clips — it sees your full project context.
The agent can rerun or tweak AI-generated clips by prompt, just like you would in the app.
